Here is what you can expect from US at East West:
As always, professional licensed massage therapists and professional conduct.
Clean, sanitized and up to code massage rooms and bathroom facilities. We have abided by all the guidelines outlined by AMTA and ABMP, our insurance providers.
Therapists will be in best health condition to perform massage.
What we ask of YOU, our clients:
We ask that you continue to wear your mask upon entering the building. If you have your vaccination card, please provide a copy or we can copy for you upon arrival. If we have proof of your vaccination, you will not be required to wear your mask during your massage.
Cancellations and No Show Policies:
Late arrival for your scheduled appointment will result in less time on the table. Full payment of service will be expected. lf you must cancel, call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows for the time slot to be filled for another client.
Last minute cancellation or no show will result in a $25.00 fee. This fee will be provided to the massage therapist in waiting. In the event you are a first time client and the aforementioned is the result, we may not accept you as client in the future OR the $25.00 fee will be added to your charge at the time of service.
Cancelling an appoint due to an emergency or unforeseen illness, will result in no fee charge. If possible, please notify us within 24 hours.
